Collections of a Physical Kind (non financial)

  • Clothing
  • Food
    • Whitechapel – continuous collection of tinned and packet goods well in date.
    • Food Bank – continuous collection of tinned and packet good well in date, as well as some essential household items. Their current needs are over to the right of this page.
  • Glasses – reading glasses for men and women.
  • Milk bottle tops – coloured tops (red, green and blue only please) from plastic milk bottles; these are sent to Portugal towards a wheelchair for a friend of a Church Member.
  • Tools – Tools with a Mission – Their mission is to collect unwanted tools, refurbish them, sort them into trade kits and send them across the world for livelihood creation. Around 20 containers filled with over 300 tonnes of tools every year to support local people supporting their own communities through livelihood creating projects. These collections are  infrequent but we’re happy to store items whenever you’re having a clear-out.

Email us on our general contact address, or telephone 020 8393 2155, to get specific drop-off times. Please do not leave donations outside the Church – they rarely remain until we arrive!

EASTER

We are politely asking people to donate a range of Easter treats, along with wonderful Easter eggs.
Ideally, we’re looking for items such as mini eggs, mini chocolate bunnies, crème eggs, themed sweets etc as these items are more robust and do not damage during transit.

We are OK for everything else thanks (we have no room to store extras at this time).
